Night Concierge Job Summary:

Role Description

This is a dynamic role within the residential team, requiring someone who can maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for the overall safety and security of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Premises Security: Conduct regular internal and external patrols to ensure the premises are secure, monitor CCTV coverage, and address any potential risks or threats.
  2. Housing Management: Support residents with their queries and concerns, handle any disputes or anti-social behaviour, and facilitate effective communication among residents, staff, and visitors.
  3. Fire Safety and Emergency Response: Ensure fire exits and escape routes remain clear and accessible, participate in fire drills, and collaborate with emergency services in case of emergencies.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, note any necessary repairs, and submit reports as required.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common objectives, promote a positive community atmosphere, and foster open communication channels.
