New Business Account Executive - Trade Credit

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Account Executive to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK general insurance market and regulatory requirements.
