Job Title: Qualified Social Worker (Learning Disabilities Team)

£30 per hour

This is a 6-month contract opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities in our Learning Disabilities Team. As a dedicated professional, you will conduct thorough assessments to identify needs and support requirements for individuals with learning disabilities.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop person-centered support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  2. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach.
  3. Provide guidance and support to individuals and their families.
  4. Maintain accurate case records.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
  2. Registration with Social Work England.
  3. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
  4. Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
