Job Description:

We are seeking a Profitability Improvement Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial and operational data to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financial and operational data to improve profitability
  • Utilise CareCubed software for pricing analysis
  • Support the Credit Control function to resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Align costings to approved business cases, identify risks/opportunities, and any variances impacting profitability
  • Identify opportunities to improve P&L performance
Main Skills and Experience:
  • Studying towards or qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to succinctly summarise financial information for various stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance
