Community Mental Health Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
- Work directly with children and young people with mental health needs, across Folkestone and Dover
- Manage patients from different cultural backgrounds, working with interpreters and translators
- Participate in the on-call rota, frequency is currently 1:14, with a 3% of basic salary, Category A on-call supplement
- Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member while allowing them to work with their own initiative
- Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies
We offer a competitive salary of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum (pro-rata) and a range of benefits, including relocation expenses, career development opportunities, and a just and compassionate culture.
