About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Analyst to join our Marketing team, responsible for effectively communicating and presenting data insights to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and Google Data Studio tools.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc user website behavior reports and analysis with relevant insights.
  • Present data insights in a way that informs business and product decision-making, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage the process to improve user insight across different channels and segments, measuring success.
  • Confirm KPIs and metrics that report strategy performance and support business objectives.
  • Work closely with digital stakeholders to understand their analysis and insight requirements, continually evolving the offering.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, IT, and data teams to enhance reporting and performance measurement, conducting detailed analysis when required.
  • Debug, prioritize, and escalate analytics defects to ensure accurate data capture and tracking.
  • Drive and champion the use of digital data and online measurement and performance optimization within the Marketing Team and wider business.
  • Manage, segment, and mine data from third-party tools to support CRM and email campaigns based on behavior and user trends.
About You
  • Proven commercial experience with Google Analytics, especially GTM, GA4, and Google Data Studio (minimum of 3 years).
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding data intricacies.
  • Excel super user, comfortable upskilling colleagues as needed.
  • A/B testing process knowledge, particularly within user funnels.
  • Understanding of common web and marketing analytics best practices.
  • Social media platform knowledge and integration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Mobile app analytics knowledge advantageous.
