Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and uncover actionable opportunities for business growth.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on website performance to help guide strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise website conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance user engagement and site performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in web analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve the digital analysis process.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to share insights effectively across teams.
  • A genuine passion for data with a results-oriented mindset.
