About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Web Analyst to join our team at MRJ Recruitment in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving online performance and user engagement through data-driven insights.

You will be responsible for analysing website traffic and user behaviour to identify trends and uncover actionable opportunities for business growth. This will involve tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating detailed reports on website performance to help guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise website conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance user engagement and site performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in web analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve the digital analysis process.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to share insights effectively across teams.
  • A genuine passion for data with a results-oriented mindset.
