About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Right Legal Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and cultural values
  • Monitor and manage daily/weekly performance metrics to ensure team success
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to support individual growth and development
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Support the Contact Centre Manager in achieving business objectives and KPIs
