About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Experience team at Right Legal Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Customer Experience professionals to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on team members' work to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
  • Business Planning: Contribute to business planning and strategy development to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
