Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Campus Office team
- Process college vehicle bookings, internal room bookings, and reporting of staff/student absences
- Issue petty cash, bank, and collect various College income such as registration fees and DBS payments
- Work closely with staff across our campuses to provide administrative support
- Relevant administration experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Good analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and high degree of self-motivation
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work with diplomacy and tact
