Technical Sales Administrator

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding team in the Swansea area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data input, compilation, and transfer of detailed engineering instructions from the Sales Department to the Manufacturing Department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Sales Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the generation of Sales Orders and Bill of Materials using the company's accounts package (SAGE Line 50).
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with accounts, word processing, and spreadsheet software is an advantage.
  • Team player with a mature approach and diplomatic skills.
