Technical Sales Administrator

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding team in the Swansea area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data input, compilation, and transfer of detailed engineering instructions from the Sales Department to the Manufacturing Department.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Sales Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the generation of Sales Orders and Bill of Materials using the company's accounts package (SAGE Line 50).
- Perform other duties as directed by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with accounts, word processing, and spreadsheet software is an advantage.
- Team player with a mature approach and diplomatic skills.
