About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team of experts at The AA. As a Roadside Rescue Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and updates on repair progress
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • A full category B driving license, with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
