Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Carlisle Corporation. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Wendy's restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits.
  • Staff, train, and maintain adequate bench strength in management and crew.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining store cleanliness, quality, and service standards.
  • Develop and execute a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory levels, labor efficiency, and food cost control.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to management and crew.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
  • 1-2 years of management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
