Job Title: General Manager

Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our drilling operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the divisional profit and loss financials, maintaining company assets and records, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall quality of projects and/or employee performance.
  • Lead efforts to ensure employees are trained and competent for the roles they fill.
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as may be directed.
  • Oversee and manage the overall quality of projects and/or employee performance.
Requirements:
  • At least years of drilling and leadership experience in drilling operations.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple requests from various avenues.
  • Must be a self-motivator and work without close supervision.
  • Must have good computer skills to include all MS Office products.
  • Must be able/willing to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Sit/stand while performing primarily sedentary work.
  • Use repetitive wrist, hand or finger movements at a computer.
