We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a designated bank of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
  • Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Confidence in using phone systems and CRM software is also required. Our client values individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and not shy to take the initiative when needed.
