Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Restaurant team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and leading a team to achieve outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Motivate and train team members to achieve company standards
  • Support and develop Front of House Team members
  • Focus on following service targets and team objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven managerial experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector
  • Natural ability to deliver impeccable guest experience
  • Desire to grow and develop team members
  • Real passion for food & wine
  • Eye for attention to detail
