Assistant Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Mitre Hotel. As a key member of our Restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing Front of House team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Manage and develop the skills of Front of House team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
