We are seeking a compassionate and understanding individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our young adults.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting our adults in maintaining a healthy sleep and wake pattern.
- Helping our adults meet their personal care needs.
- Providing direct support during the night when required.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of situations. A Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification or a willingness to work towards one is desirable.
Please note that this position is exempt from the 'Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974' and as such the successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced/with child/adult barred/Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
