CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe is seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to assist our Recruitment Team in ensuring our temporary summer staff are fully compliant, trained, and ready to join our programme.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for tracking the status of staff in the recruitment process, providing regular updates to the Head of People Operations on the recruitment progress of our staff, and supporting the Recruitment & Training Executive with the recruitment process where needed.

You will also be responsible for monitoring job adverts and platforms to ensure all postings are current and accurate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident, personable, and professional, with a willingness to learn and integrate yourself into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track the status of staff in the recruitment process
  2. Provide regular updates to the Head of People Operations
  3. Support the Recruitment & Training Executive
  4. Monitor job adverts and platforms

Benefits:
