Hydraulic System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on subsea controls equipment, including work over control systems, reels, umbilicals, sheaves, pumps, pressure-containing vessels, and flushing units.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with hydraulic systems, particularly in subsea environments, and be able to interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations and provide technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic engineering drawings to perform precise work.
- Utilize measuring and recording equipment to ensure accuracy in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Work with high-pressure systems and pressure-generating equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues as required, providing technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
- Overhaul and test pumps, motors, and control valves to ensure optimal functionality.
