General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious General Manager to lead our expanding group of urban pubs, bars, and restaurants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of running our venues as if they were your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our venues.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and execute menu strategies that drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety across all our venues.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of success in a General Manager or similar role, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
