Salary and BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour, paid weekly. Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the food quality meets the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and service area. They will also be expected to keep up to date with menus, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and work collaboratively as part of the team.
- Responsible for food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen and service area, adhering to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Keep up to date with menu offerings, ingredients, and portion sizes to ensure accurate ordering and stock management.
- Promote excellent customer service by being approachable, courteous, and responsive to customer needs and feedback.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and previous experience in a similar position. As a key member of the team, you should be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, be able to maintain accurate records and reports, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
