We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team at Beefeater in the Swanley Area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve high standards.

As a Kitchen Manager at Beefeater, you will be responsible for managing stock control and food margins, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is run efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for managing NSF, EHO and Health and Safety audits to a high standard and for delivering to spec and brand standards.

In addition, you will be expected to drive individual high performance through development and regular one-to-ones, and to have an eye for detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from full induction and training, seasonal menu changes with training and launch at one of our dedicated Kitchen Academies, and excellent access to training and development programmes.

You will also have a big say in how you run your kitchen and will be given the tools and systems to manage your KPIs.
