We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at JPF Limited. As a key member of our commercial grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our grounds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular hedge cutting and strimming to maintain the appearance of our grounds.
  • Operate machinery such as blowers and grass cutters to ensure our grounds are well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular litter picking and weeding to ensure our grounds are clean and tidy.
  • Assist with general grounds maintenance operations as required.


Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for grounds maintenance. PA1 + PA6 certificates would be desirable, but not essential. A driving licence is also essential for this role.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25k - £27k depending on experience, and the opportunity to work for a reputable company in the London area.
