About Austin Fraser, a forward-thinking sports club in Hull, we are seeking a skilled Hospitality and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service for our partners and hospitality bookers. The successful candidate will coordinate the activation and marketing of partners, plan special events like End of Season Awards night, and manage hospitality bookings across hospitality and executive boxes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage partner rights matrix and activation plans to ensure all partners' commercial objectives are fulfilled.
  • Plan and execute key commercial events such as end of season awards and golf day.
  • Account management: Deliver a superb experience to all existing Commercial Partners and potential Commercial Partners.
  • Resolve contractual and commercial problems to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Proactively improve the experience of Commercial Partners.
  • Identify opportunities to develop the relationship between the Club and its Commercial Partners.
  • Contribute to commercial activities on matchdays, i.e. host corporate rooms.
  • Work closely with the events team to agree on menus, budgets, and operational plans for matchday hospitality and commercial events.
  • Ensure department compliance with GDPR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, revenue, and customer data.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
  • A flexible attitude towards hours worked and interest in supporting the wider team during holiday and sickness periods.
  • A full driving licence, valid in the UK and own transport.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
