Job Description

VANRATH is looking for a skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join their team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have experience in conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and supporting site teams with paperwork and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and assess potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with site teams to develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 4 Qualification or equivalent in Health and Safety, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role and environment.
  • Experience of ISO auditing and accreditation.
  • A NEBOSH Construction Certificate would be advantageous.
  • A full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong construction-based knowledge.
