About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at ECL. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and independently in their own homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes and local communities
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet individual customer needs
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour Monday to Friday and £16.04 per weekend
  • A guaranteed contracted hour of 25, 30, or 35 hours per week, including every other weekend
