Our EU ATS team plays a central role in our success, using air, sea, rail and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency. We're looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team and help us deliver our EU ATS Vision and Mission. You will work closely with senior leadership, partner teams, and other stakeholders to define employee engagement strategy and plans, ideate and develop engagement programs and initiatives, and own the EU ATS engagement team's roadmap. You will also collaborate and communicate effectively with the EU ATS senior leaders, the EU ATS DEI Committee/affinity groups, and partner teams.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in our EU ATS team.
