About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Chef to join our team at Lounge in Blackpool. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow our lead chef's guidance to ensure all prep and par is completed for each shift

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef (or equivalent)
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
