About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional to join our Cargo Charter team as a Trainee Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing sustainable relationships with clients, while solving complex problems and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of charters and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase revenue

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a client-facing sales role, preferably in the airfreight or freight forwarding industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage
