Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bordereau Data Specialist to join our team at Aspen Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the tracking and processing of Bordereau data in a consistent manner, providing accurate and timely management information to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lloyd's delegated bordereau standards and experience working with BDX bordereau systems. You will work closely with our DA Business Partners and DA Operations team to ensure data quality and assurance.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and processing of received bordereau via bordereau management system (BDX)
  • Manage the bordereaux collection process and escalate issues to DA Business Partners as necessary
  • Problem solve and liaise with Coverholders and Brokers when issues arise, escalating to DA Oversight Manager
Requirements
  • Progression towards ACII preferred, or a willingness to undertake professional study when in role
  • Understanding of Lloyd's delegated bordereau standards
  • Preferred experience with BDX bordereau system, including mapping
  • Minimum 3+ years in the London Insurance Market in an operational, reporting or support role
  • A collaborative approach to working
