The Role:

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Merchandising Assistant for a fixed-term contract until June 2025. This role is predominantly remote, with a requirement to work three days a week from our office in Kemble. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data in range lists and purchase orders
  • Input orders and allocation settings into our resource planning system
  • Support the Assistant Merchandiser with trading allocations
  • Oversee the logistics process, including booking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and managing warehouse queries

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
