About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Space Planning Co-ordinator to join our team at Tandem Talent Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the in-store experience across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising guidelines to optimize retail spaces for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to create effective store layouts based on seasonal visual merchandising guidance.
  • Analyse sales data and monitor market trends to inform store layout decisions.
  • Compile and distribute seasonal visual merchandising guidance to stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure that layouts are effective and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
  • Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
