About the Role

The Quantity Surveyor Graduate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating the preparation of tender documents and estimates
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • At least 6-8 years of post-graduation experience in quantity surveying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
