**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Devices Training Specialist to join our team based at The Robert Jones & Agnes Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry.

About the Job:

  • Job Summary: Deliver face-to-face and online training on the use of designated medical equipment to current and new clinical staff at all levels.
  • Main Responsibilities: Identify medical device training needs, deliver or facilitate medical device training, supplement OEM training, maintain the Learning Management System, and compile monthly training reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field.
  • Formal training qualification.
  • Computer literate, with experience of using MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Clinical experience working in critical care, theatres, PICU, NICU, HDU, or a similar area.

Benefits:

  • Royal London Pension - 5% employer contribution.
  • Death in Service Scheme after probation - 4 times salary.
  • Maternity pay - 21 weeks full enhanced maternity pay, plus a 10% bonus after returning from maternity leave.
