Job Description

We seek an individual who can assist daily living tasks, including meal preparation, housework, medication management, financial assistance, and appointment coordination. The successful candidate will also accompany service users on activities like swimming, walking groups, day trips, city breaks, arts & crafts, animal care, football, and cooking classes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A compassionate attitude towards vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in water-based environments
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Capability to cook and plan meals
  • Proficiency in computer use

Benefits

This role involves shift patterns including early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, public holidays, and weekends. Sleepovers are compensated at £96 per shift. Candidates must commit to joining the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our Training Academy's support.

Estimated Salary: £36,127 - £39,812 per annum
