Care and Support in a Variety of Settings
We have relief opportunities available in our services across the Dundee area for Support Practitioners to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.
About the Role
As a relief Support Practitioner, you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays, and absence.
You will support individuals with all aspects of their daily living, including shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and personal care.
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate attitude
- Active listening skills
- Great communication skills
- A positive approach to learning
- Confidence in the use of computers
What We Offer
We will pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees.
