We strive to make clean power accessible, accelerating the shift to zero-carbon power and transport. Our goal is to drive innovation in battery systems, enabling the widespread adoption of renewable energy sources.

With a strong focus on operational performance, we optimise our solutions for customers using proprietary software and data analysis. At the end of their life, we repurpose electric vehicle batteries to provide clean power for various applications.

We have achieved significant milestones since our founding in 2017, including major industry firsts. Today, we operate 730 MW of grid-scale battery storage and are the largest owner and operator of EV buses in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, supporting over 1,000 electric vehicles worldwide.

The Opportunity

In this role as Energy Storage Product Development Manager at Zenobē, you will play a critical part in driving our vision, strategy, and development of key products within our energy storage and electric mobility solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs, align with our strategic goals, and are delivered on time.

  • Gather, analyse, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
  • Lead product development from ideation through launch, overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Create and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features by removing blockers and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product status and future plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven product development and decision-making.
