Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver/Transloader to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting bulk flour products across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor trailer to transport bulk flour products to various destinations.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate transportation schedules and logistics.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and logistics team members to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Requirements
  • CDL with proper endorsements for bulk flour transportation.
  • Current FMCSA medical certification.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road or local tractor trailer experience within the last 7 years.
  • No more than 1 chargeable accident within the last 3 years.
  • No more than 1 moving violation ticket in the last 3 years.
  • No convictions of DUI, reckless driving, or open container.
  • No convictions of unlawful use, possession, or distribution of a controlled substance and no positive controlled substance/alcohol tests from prior employer.
  • No convictions of a felony.
