Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver/Transloader to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily routes, taking into account traffic, weather, and road conditions.
  • Operate a range of equipment, including semi-trucks, tank trailers, and dry vans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle inspections to optimize fleet performance.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL with proper endorsements a must.
  • At least two years of verifiable over-the-road or local tractor-trailer experience within the last seven years.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and climb, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
