Hooray Works Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in implementing our growth and marketing strategies, working closely with our Marketing Director and business heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of our growth and marketing strategy, working collaboratively with the marketing team.
  • Oversee all client marketing communications, ensuring timely and relevant content is delivered.
  • Lead and plan client events, working in partnership with the business to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Coordinate and manage a range of marketing requests, including content creation, social media support, lead generation, and briefs.
  • Contribute to our commitment to ESG objectives, ensuring our marketing efforts align with our values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and events.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Able to understand key marketing data and metrics, using this insight to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
