About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Employment Advisor to join our team and provide support to individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers to employment.

This role involves working closely with clients to develop personalized plans and strategies to help them overcome employment barriers and achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to clients
  • Identifying and addressing client needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

In exchange for your expertise and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,777 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays and access to a local government pension scheme.
