Learning and Development Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Training Specialist to join our team at Forterra. As a leading manufacturer of concrete and clay building products, we are committed to building lasting legacies through innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership, technical, and soft skills.
  • Manage early talent initiatives, including apprenticeships, to support individual and team growth.
  • Support the Head of Talent Management in managing the training budget to ensure cost-effective delivery and optimal use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Oversee engagement campaigns to drive employee development and organisational success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification and a proven track record of delivering impactful learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage data to evaluate training outcomes.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including life assurance, company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, gym benefit, cycle-to-work scheme, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
