At Coworth Park, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Manager. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure that every guest receives nothing but the best service
  • Work closely with our chefs and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional menus and dishes
  • Manage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we're always well-stocked and ready to serve
  • Lead and motivate our hospitality team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
