Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it reflects the high standards of our clients and tenants.
  • Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors, including signing in and managing deliveries.
  • Confidently manage maintenance contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Submit weekly reports on activity to key stakeholders and undertake general administration as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a front of house receptionist with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong attention to detail.
