About the Role:

Volkswagen Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Sales Performance Insights Placement. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting field and senior colleagues in Sales as they work with the UK-wide retailer network to maximize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support field and senior colleagues in Sales as they work with the UK-wide retailer network to maximize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
  • Assist the team in launching retailer targets, refreshing sales forecasts, and distributing the information to key stakeholders.
  • Work with the teams to audit existing data and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all relevant strategic sales developments are communicated to stakeholders through a variety of platforms to support in-field team engagement.
  • Create and update reports, empowering the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Take ownership of personal projects that contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business management, economics, mathematics, or any related analytical or business-related field.
  • IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems/skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Excel and eager to expand technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau (experience preferable).
