As a Compliance Paralegal, you will assist in monitoring the delivery of efficient, appropriate, and compliant legal advice and assistance by the firm. You will be responsible for dealing with routine enquiries, producing reports for the HRC, and supporting Compliance and/or Risk activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining claims, complaints, and MLRO records
  • Undertaking legal or other research on compliance or risk matters
  • Assisting on special compliance projects as required
  • Carrying out spot checks/audits on files across the practice and reporting findings to the HRC
  • Preparing for the annual Lexcel inspection

We are looking for a Law Graduate with experience working in the legal environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and a persistent and determined attitude.

As an active member of the Best Practice Group, you will contribute to maintaining and improving our compliance standards.
