  • Ensure proper food storage, handling, and disposal practices are followed, minimizing waste and maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 food hygiene certificate.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Understanding of the hotel's strategic positioning and company values.
  • Knowledge of EHL systems and procedures.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

Shifts will vary, covering breakfast periods from 5am to 2pm and 8am to 4pm.

Salary and Benefits:

Basic salary: £27,000 per annum, plus 3-4K Tronc, totaling £31,000 annually.
