Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their well-being and independence
  • Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, days out, and companionship
  • Encourage residents to maintain their daily routines and activities
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to care for others
  • Must have a car
